2 - What are the references of the silver used for jewelry?

The Atelier Pendargent collections are made of 925/1000 silver.

3 - In the event of an order not received / damaged or other types of disputes, where to contact me?

For any questions or complaints regarding delivery, we invite you to contact us via the CONTACT section of the home page. We will respond to your request as soon as possible.

4 - What do the measurements of the jewelry correspond to?

The measurements are taken on an orthonormal axis when the pendant is suspended by its bail. The X axis, the width, is parallel to the ground and the Y axis, the height, is perpendicular to the ground. Measurements include the bail.  

5 - How to maintain silver jewelry?

Sterling silver in general - and therefore Atelier Pendargent's creations - darkens over time. This phenomenon is due to oxidation due to wearing against the body in contact with sweat. Here are some easy ways to keep the material shiny or brighten it up:

· Wet a toothbrush. Sprinkle it with a few pinches of baking soda. Gently rub your silver jewelry, rinse it with clean water and wipe it off with a chamois.

· Gently rub your silver jewelry with a toothbrush soaked in lemon juice. Rinse off with clean water. Wipe with a soft cloth or chamois.

· Soak your silver jewelry in a glass filled with white vinegar for 2 hours. Rinse them with water and wipe them dry.

· Put a small dose of toothpaste on your toothbrush. Gently rub your jewelry. Rinse thoroughly with cold water. Wipe with a cloth or chamois.

6 - What accessories are delivered with the jewelry?

The pendants are delivered with a solid black nylon cord. This can later be replaced by a chain or any other fastener strong enough to avoid accidental loss.
